What to Expect from our Yoga Professionals
Our experts have years of experience practising and teaching yoga, with classes currently running three days a week. Our yoga classes take place in Wellingborough, but many of our yogis travel from Kettering, Corby or Northampton.
Each class is an hour and fifteen minutes long, starting with slower, easier movements to warm up your muscles. Classes vary, but all are guided, with a yoga instructor taking lead at the front of the room. Towards the end of the class, movements become slower, allowing you to unwind and end the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
